1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ULHUB Learning Platform (“ULHUB”, “we”, “our”, “the Platform”). By accessing, registering, subscribing, or using ULHUB in any capacity, you agree to abide by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  • Teachers, mentors, and content creators must meet ULHUB’s professional standards.

3. Account Registration

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Notify ULHUB immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

ULHUB may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or abusive behaviour
  • Upload or distribute harmful, illegal, or copyrighted materials without permission
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse ULHUB systems
  • Share your account or subscription access with others
  • Use ULHUB for fraudulent or commercial activities without authorisation

5. Learning Content

All courses, lessons, videos, assessments, and materials on ULHUB are protected by copyright. You may:

  • Access content for personal learning
  • Download permitted resources for your own study

You may not:

  • Copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly display ULHUB content
  • Record or reproduce live teaching sessions without permission

6. Teacher & Creator Responsibilities

Teachers/ Instructors and creators must:

  • Provide accurate, ethical, and original content
  • Maintain professional conduct
  • Respect learner privacy
  • Follow ULHUB’s safeguarding and academic integrity policies

ULHUB reserves the right to review, remove, or modify content that violates standards.

7. Payments

Paid membership grants access to the recorded lesson videos; live lessons are paid for individually. Users agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Understand that membership runs for a fixed twelve months and does not auto-renew
  • Make a new payment if they wish to continue after that term

8. Termination

ULHUB may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Breaching these Terms
  • Misuse of the platform
  • Illegal or harmful behaviour

Users may terminate their account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

ULHUB provides educational content “as is”. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions
  • Decisions made based on learning content
  • Third-party links or external resources

10. Changes to Terms

ULHUB may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
