Payment Terms

1. What ULHUB charges for

• Free. Vocabulary, flashcards, cultural notes and homework are free on every lesson, and the Taster lesson is free in full, including its video. Registering costs nothing.
• Annual membership. A single payment covering twelve months, which unlocks the recorded lesson video on every module.
• Live lessons. Paid one lesson at a time. Each booking is its own payment.
• Means-tested places. Learners who cannot meet the cost may request a means-tested place on a live lesson. These are arranged by ULHUB and no payment is taken.

2. How payments are taken

• Fees are paid upfront.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe. ULHUB never sees or stores your card details.
• Current prices are shown on the membership and lesson booking pages. Prices may change with notice, but never for a payment you have already made.

3. Renewal — there is nothing to cancel

Membership does not renew automatically. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no stored payment arrangement. Your access runs for twelve months from the date you pay and then simply ends, unless you choose to pay again.

A live lesson is a single payment for a single lesson. Booking one never signs you up to anything ongoing.

4. Refunds

Refunds may be granted when:

• A course is cancelled
• A technical issue prevents access
• A request is made within ULHUB’s refund window

If a live lesson you paid for does not go ahead, contact us and we will refund it or move you to another lesson, whichever you prefer.

5. Account Sharing

Sharing access to a paid membership is prohibited.
